BlackRock’s ETHB Staked Ethereum ETF recorded $15.5 million in trading volume on its first day of trading, falling short of the first-day performances of two Solana staking ETFs, which achieved $55.4 million and $33.7 million, respectively. ETHB joins BlackRock’s expanding portfolio of crypto products, following the Bitcoin and Ethereum Trust ETFs, which have attracted over $62.8 billion and $11.9 billion in net inflows since 2024. Ethereum-related news continues to attract attention as staking products grow in scope.

According to Cointelegraph, BlackRock’s iShares Staked Ethereum Trust (ticker: ETHB) recorded approximately $155 million in trading volume on its first day of listing. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart noted that this performance was solid for a newly launched ETF. ETHB’s first-day trading volume was lower than that of two previously launched Solana staking ETFs: the Bitwise Solana Staking ETF (BSOL), which posted $554 million in first-day volume, and the REX-Osprey SOL + Staking ETF (SSK), which recorded $337 million. ETHB is the latest addition to BlackRock’s cryptocurrency product lineup, following the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT) and iShares Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHA), which have collectively attracted net inflows of over $62.8 billion and $11.9 billion, respectively, since their listings in 2024.
