CoinDesk reports:

The U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs have recently continued to attract significant capital, with BlackRock’s ETHA emerging as the primary source of inflows. Data shows that this fund has累计 attracted over $1 billion in assets over nine consecutive trading days, significantly outpacing similar products.

ETHA accounted for the majority of net inflows during the same period.

Arkham Intelligence noted that ETHA has accumulated $889.8 million in inflows over its first eight trading days, a figure consistent with Farside’s data. By the ninth trading day, the total net inflow into U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs reached approximately $1.42 billion, with ETHA accounting for about 72%.

On August 28, the U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded a combined net inflow of $102.1 million for the day, with ETHA attracting approximately $83.8 million and remaining in first place.

Institutional funds and cryptocurrency prices are diverging.

In contrast to continued inflows into ETF funds, ETH spot prices have recently declined. Reports show that ETH is currently trading at approximately $2,435.95, down 2.77% over the past 24 hours; its market cap has dropped to around $294.08 billion, with a daily trading volume of approximately $13.7 billion, a 5.16% decrease from the previous day.

Previously, ETH continued to rise above $1,900, briefly approaching $2,500 and retesting the long-term trend level near $2,150. The current pullback follows this rapid rebound.

The market is watching whether ETF fund inflows can continue.

Continuous net inflows indicate that the market is receiving additional demand from ETF channels beyond spot trading on exchanges. The sustained inflows over multiple days also reflect that some investors are willing to maintain their exposure to Ethereum despite short-term volatility.

However, ETF funds cannot directly determine short-term price movements. Cryptocurrency prices are still influenced by a combination of derivatives positions, macroeconomic expectations, market liquidity, and overall risk appetite.

Based on current data, institutional interest in Ethereum continues. Moving forward, the market will monitor two key indicators: whether ETH can maintain its major gains following the recent rebound, and whether the U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs can sustain net inflows.
