As per PANews, BlackRock's Director of Business Development, Cristiano Castro, stated that the 2.34 billion dollar outflow from the IBIT ETF in November is a normal occurrence. He noted that demand had previously driven the ETF's size close to 100 billion dollars. Castro explained that ETFs are flexible and powerful tools designed for capital allocation and cash flow management, and the current situation is typical, especially in ETFs largely controlled by retail investors.
