Currently, 24 to 25 subnets are generating real commercial revenue, with expectations that the number of revenue-generating subnets will increase to 35 to 40 by year-end. The estimated annual total ecosystem revenue ranges between $28 million and $35 million, projected to exceed $100 million by the end of 2026. Additionally, revenue is beginning to directly fund the token economy. Approximately 14 subnets have already launched revenue-driven Alpha token buyback programs, expected to reach 20 to 25 by year-end. Commercial activity is concentrated in three key areas: infrastructure, enterprise AI, and applied AI.
