In accordance with Insidebitcoins, Tom Lee’s Ethereum treasury firm BitMine has declared its first annual dividend of $0.01 per BMNR share, to be paid on Dec. 29. The move follows a 46% slump in its share price over the past month and aims to boost investor appeal. The company also announced plans to launch a staking infrastructure product, MAVAN, in early 2026, and reported a net income of $328 million for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31.
