Under the agreement, Bitdeer will provide a capacity of 121 MW of IT power, approximately 133 MW total, fully configured with NVIDIA GPUs, to serve a leading AI laboratory.

Contract revenue during the initial term is approximately $4.7 billion, with an additional 8-year renewal option, bringing the potential total contract value to approximately $8 billion.

The company stated that the improved gross lease rate averages approximately $202 per month per kilowatt, with electricity costs reimbursed by tenants and including an annual 3% escalation clause.

Bitdeer expects a NOI margin of approximately 90% and annual revenue of about $2.4 million per IT megawatt. Buoyed by the news, Bitdeer’s U.S. pre-market shares rose 11.7% to $12.77.
