Derived from ChainCatcher, AI and high-performance computing data center company and Bitcoin miner Iren Ltd. announced plans to raise a total of $200 million through two tranches of convertible bonds. The first tranche includes $100 million in bonds maturing in 2032 with coupon rates of 0% to 0.25%, and the second tranche includes $100 million in bonds maturing in 2033 with coupon rates of 0.5% to 1%. The bonds have terms of 6.5 and 7.5 years, respectively.
