Bitcoin news reports that Bitcoin miners are reaping rewards as the network hash rate fell 4%, the biggest drop since April 2025. On December 19, a solo miner earned 3.152 BTC ($271,000) using $100 in NiceHash power. Another miner mined block 928985 on December 23, earning 3.12 BTC ($281,000). The lower hash rate has boosted solo mining success rates, increasing profitability. Bitcoin analysis shows this trend could continue if the hash rate remains low.
