Huo Xing Finance reports that on July 27, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows for the third consecutive week—the first three-week streak of gains since early May. However, net inflows during this period slowed significantly due to outflows ahead of the weekend. For the week ending July 24, total net inflows into U.S.-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs amounted to $33.79 million, following net inflows of $197 million and $75.67 million in the previous two weeks, respectively. Data shows that on July 23 and July 24, Bitcoin ETFs recorded net outflows of approximately $225.2 million and $240.1 million, respectively, ending a seven-day consecutive streak of inflows. BlackRock’s IBIT accounted for the largest portion of these outflows, with approximately $415 million withdrawn. Market analysts suggest that institutional capital is gradually returning to Bitcoin ETFs, but demand remains weaker than during the bull market phase. Cryptocurrency data firm BRN noted that after substantial outflows in May and June, July has seen a market recovery phase, though institutional investors remain cautious. On the price front, Bitcoin rose to a July high above $66,500 on Tuesday, but subsequently retreated due to investor profit-taking and weakness in U.S. tech stocks. By the weekend, it had fallen below $64,000. The Nasdaq 100 Index, weighed down by declines in chip stocks, further pressured risk assets.
