On the market front, Bitcoin fell to around $81,500 on Friday, recording a 3.4% decline over the past 24 hours. Selling pressure in U.S. tech stocks spread to Asian markets, compounded by concerns over AI spending and geopolitical tensions, weighing on crypto market performance. Over the past 24 hours, at least $440 million in leveraged crypto positions were liquidated, with long positions accounting for approximately $397 million. Jeff Anderson, Head of STS Digital’s U.S. region, noted that the market has recently remained range-bound between $80,000 and $86,000, and the next key focus will be the direction of any breakout from this range.
