Bhutan Stakes $906K in ETH via Figment, Institutional Staking Dominates Ethereum

Bhutan staked 320 ETH ($906,500) via Figment on December 17, 2025, marking its first foray into staking. A similar move occurred on November 27. Institutional staking now dominates Ethereum, with professional platforms controlling over 99% of validators. Liquid staking tokens hold 31-33% of staked ETH, while exchanges manage 24-25%. Figment, a non-custodial validator, serves over 1,000 institutional clients and reported no slashing events in Q3 2025.
