Negotiations have been affected by valuation discrepancies. B2C2 is seeking a transaction price exceeding $1 billion, a person familiar with the matter said, making this price difficult to achieve in the current crypto market environment.
B2C2, founded in 2015, provides deep liquidity for spot, derivatives, structured products, and OTC trading to banks, exchanges, broker-dealers, hedge funds, and asset managers.
