Odaily Planet Daily reports that the decentralized exchange Atomic Protocol was attacked due to a signature replay vulnerability, resulting in a loss of approximately 29,984 USDC. The vulnerability stemmed from contract 0xa806010f lacking bindings for position ID, position manager, caller, nonce, deadline, and chain ID in the signature digest, allowing the same manager’s signature to be replayed across 21 different position IDs. Under a flash loan price manipulation attack, this enabled unauthorized full LP destruction without TWAP or slippage checks.

Atomic Protocol lost 29,984 USDC following an exploit that leveraged a signature replay vulnerability. The flaw in contract 0xa806010f allowed the same manager signature to be reused across 21 position IDs, enabling unauthorized liquidation of liquidity provider positions via flash loans while bypassing TWAP and slippage checks. The incident underscores the risks associated with altcoins and reflects shifting exchange flows as traders respond to security incidents.
