Asia's crypto social media buzz is shifting toward local influence, with regional outlets gaining traction over global ones. A December report by Outset PR shows a 14.5% drop in traffic to crypto-native outlets between August and October, with the top 20 publishers keeping 81% of visits. Direct visits now make up over half of all sessions, showing strong brand loyalty. South Korea leads in crypto media traffic in Asia, but this hasn't driven sustained on-chain activity. Fear of missing out is now more tied to local KOLs and community channels than global English-language outlets.
