ChainCatcher report: Arthur Hayes has shared a detailed airdrop tutorial for his new startup, Flop Network, consisting of four steps: 1. Generate an Ed25519 DID key pair for the AI agent in the format did:key:z6Mk..., which will serve as the agent’s on-chain identity and future airdrop receipt address; 2. Publish the public key to the Technocore registry to enable network recognition of the identity; 3. Have the agent sign a check-in message using its private key and send an HTTP GET request to /lobby; 4. Securely store the private key locally for claiming airdrop shares during the Q4 snapshot. Previously, on the 19th, Arthur Hayes announced he was ending his retirement to lead Flop Labs and launch the FLOP token. He stated that FLOP will serve as “food for AI agents,” with no pre-sale or VC investment—instead adopting a 100% fair launch model aimed at creating the currency of the Agentic Economy. Further project details will be revealed later, with a large-scale airdrop expected in Q4 2026.
