IT Home, November 5: Tech media AppleInsider reported today (November 5) that, driven by stronger-than-expected results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, Apple’s stock price hit a new all-time high closing price of $349.51 (approximately RMB 2,337 at current exchange rates) on November 4 in U.S. local time.
Based on the closing price on U.S. Eastern Time, November 4 at 4:00 PM (Beijing Time, November 5 at 5:00 AM), Apple closed at $349.51 (approximately RMB 2,337 at current exchange rates), up 5.31% from the previous trading day, with an intraday high of $354.50 (approximately RMB 2,370 at current exchange rates). The company’s current market capitalization stands at $5.08 trillion (approximately RMB 33.96 trillion at current exchange rates).
According to publicly available information from IT Home, Apple's previous highest closing price was $348.91 (approximately RMB 2,333 at current exchange rates), set on October 29, 2026. On November 4, Apple closed at $349.51 (approximately RMB 2,337 at current exchange rates), surpassing the previous record by about $0.60 (approximately RMB 4), thus setting a new all-time high closing price.

The market generally believes that this rally is not unique to Apple. Following the U.S. midterm elections, the Nasdaq as a whole rose, with major tech stocks such as Meta, Amazon, Netflix, and Alphabet also strengthening simultaneously; Amazon surged 6.12% on the day, while Netflix rose 4.68%. The Nasdaq Composite closed at 25,736.51 points, up 1.44%.
However, the media believes Apple's own performance remains the key support. According to the report, Apple's revenue for the fourth fiscal quarter reached $114.5 billion (approximately RMB 765.48 billion at current exchange rates), exceeding Wall Street's expectation of $113.4 billion (approximately RMB 758.13 billion at current exchange rates) and significantly surpassing the $102.5 billion (approximately RMB 685.26 billion at current exchange rates) recorded in the same period of 2025. iPhone sales contributed $57.6 billion (approximately RMB 385.08 billion at current exchange rates) in revenue, with other product lines also showing growth; the company also received a second tariff refund, further improving its financial performance.
The media also noted that, following the earnings report, Apple’s stock did not follow its usual pattern of a brief pullback followed by a rebound, but instead strengthened rapidly, indicating increased investor confidence in the company’s revenue resilience, iPhone demand, and profitability.
