IT Home, October 31 — According to feedback from IT Home users, Apple's China website has launched a page introducing Apple Intelligence, noting that the initial core features of Apple Intelligence will be released later this year.
Apple today announced that the first Apple Intelligence features are set to launch in China, alongside a partnership with Alibaba to integrate Qwen into select experiences. This marks the first meaningful progress for Apple Intelligence since its 2024 release in the Chinese market.
This suite of Apple Intelligence features will be available for testing starting November 4 with the latest iOS Developer Beta and will be released to users in China with the official launch of iOS 17.3 in December. Support on other platforms will be rolled out after obtaining necessary approvals.
The Apple China official website also lists devices compatible with Apple Intelligence, with the iPhone 15 Pro and newer models supporting Apple Intelligence.
IT Home's introduction page content is as follows:
Communication
Stay closer together, and interference is cleverly blocked.
Apple Intelligence simplifies everyday communication and helps you stay focused. Real-time translation enables seamless cross-language conversations; writing tools ensure precise and natural expression; and priority notifications help minimize distractions.
Try these new features to help you write articles, capture key points, and communicate efficiently.
Enable real-time translation to automatically translate text in apps, display real-time translated subtitles during FaceTime calls, and provide voice translation for phone calls. If you're wearing AirPods, it can even translate what the other person is saying directly to you.
Record content in memos or calls and generate summaries; with just a tap, summarize emails in the Mail app.
This focus mode reduces distractions by highlighting notifications that require timely attention. Primary notifications appear as summaries at the top, making important matters immediately clear.
The Show Priority Emails feature keeps time-sensitive emails at the top of your inbox, such as invitations with same-day deadlines or check-in reminders for flights later today.
