On October 10, a reporter from Securities Times exclusively learned from Apple’s supply chain that Apple has structurally adjusted its order volumes for the fall 2026 smartphone lineup: increasing orders for the iPhone Duo by 30%, though total volumes remain below 10 million units; reducing orders for the iPhone 18 Pro by 10%–15%; increasing orders for the iPhone 18 Pro Max by 10%–15%; with the total order volume for the iPhone 18 Pro series remaining unchanged.
“This means sales are shifting toward higher-value products, which is overall beneficial for the performance of Apple’s supply chain companies,” said an Apple supply chain insider.
