Anthropic Plans to File IPO Documents as Early as This Friday, with a Valuation of $1.957 Trillion

Huo Xing Finance reports that, according to three sources familiar with the matter, Anthropic plans to publicly file its S-1 prospectus as early as this Friday. The company secretly submitted a draft S-1 to the SEC in June; under SEC rules, companies using confidential filing must publicly disclose related materials at least 15 calendar days before the official investor roadshow begins. This public filing will remove a key procedural barrier to a potential November listing, though the final timing remains subject to market conditions and other factors. Previously, Anthropic had secretly submitted its S-1 draft in June 2026, with an initial target of going public around mid-November (before Thanksgiving). Investor expectations for the company’s valuation have since been reduced from approximately $2 trillion to around $1.5 trillion. According to data from the Entropy trading platform, the current over-the-counter contract market capitalization for Anthropic stands at $1.957 trillion.
