ChainThink reports that on July 24, AMD released the Ryzen AI Embedded X100 series processors, primarily targeting robotics, industrial automation, healthcare, and other embedded computing systems.
This series features the same Strix Halo chip design as the Ryzen AI Max series, combining Zen 5 CPU cores, RDNA 3.5 GPUs, and XDNA 2 NPU AI acceleration units for real-time perception and AI inference in physical AI scenarios.
The X100 series supports up to 16 Zen 5 CPU cores and features a unified memory architecture to meet the demands of running large AI models, vision processing, and autonomous decision-making in robotics and industrial equipment.
