As reported by HashNews, AlphaTON Capital has announced its exit from the SEC's 'baby shelf' financing rule and filed a $420.69 million shelf registration statement. The funds will be used to expand GPU computing infrastructure for the Telegram Cocoon AI network and acquire profitable companies within the Telegram ecosystem. The firm also plans to continue buying Toncoin and related digital assets to strengthen its TON ecosystem strategy.
