AI startup General Intuition in $6 billion valuation funding talks

Huo Xing Finance reports that, according to market sources, New York-based AI startup General Intuition is in talks to raise funds at a pre-money valuation of $6 billion. New investors include Valor Equity Partners, Point72 Ventures, and Seven Seven Six, while existing investors Khosla Ventures and General Catalyst are also participating in this round. The company is building foundational models to train general AI agents capable of moving through space and time. This funding round comes just weeks after General Intuition raised $320 million at a $2.3 billion valuation. CEO Pim de Witte spun the company out from the video game clip-sharing platform Medal in October last year, leveraging hundreds of millions of hours of gameplay data and player action logs as its initial training dataset. The company is emerging as one of the most prominent startups in the field of physical AI.
