Odaily Planet Daily reports that Paradis Labs posted on X that Agility plans to go public via CCXI SPAC around the fourth quarter, with its ticker symbol changing to AGLT. It has raised approximately $640 million in private funding, backed by investors including AMZN, NVDA, SoftBank, and DCVC. Around 100 Digit humanoid robots have been deployed across nine facilities, including those of AMZN, GXO, Schaeffler, Toyota, and MELI. Among the eight deployments at Schaeffler and three pre-booked deployments at GXO, accuracy rates reach approximately 98%. Agility states that the payback period for a single Digit humanoid robot is about 1.1 years. Orders for the Digit v5 model exceed $300 million, with this version set to launch in 2026; the pipeline includes over 30 customers.
Agility is the first company to implement NVDA Halos for full-stack robotic security. Its RoboFab facility in Oregon has an annual production capacity of over 10,000 units, with approximately 75% of components sourced in the United States. As annual production exceeds 10,000 units, the bill of materials cost is expected to decrease from $125,000 to approximately $15,000–$20,000. Paradis Labs states that by combining technology with commercialization, Agility is the most advanced Western humanoid robot OEM; Figure’s deployment at BMW is controversial, Tesla has not yet sold any units externally, Apptronik currently has no deployments, and Boston Dynamics, while possessing robotic products, is progressing slowly toward market entry with no customers until at least 2027.
