AAVE Community Proposes to Transfer Brand and Channel Ownership to DAO

The Aave DAO community has proposed a new initiative to transfer ownership of the Aave brand, including domain names, social media accounts, and online entities, to a legal entity controlled by the DAO community. The move involves transferring assets currently held by Aave Labs and BGD Labs. The proposal includes anti-abuse and legal traceability measures. Voting runs from 10:40 on December 23 to 10:40 on December 26 (UTC+8). Ernesto Boado, co-founder of BGD Labs, submitted the proposal. The DAO community now holds greater control over the Aave Telegram crypto channel and other platforms.
