The 21shares XRP ETF (TOXR) has started trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange on December 11, giving investors a liquid, transparent way to access XRP. The ETF follows the CME CF XRP–Dollar Reference Rate and holds XRP directly. Major institutions like Santander, Bank of America, and SBI Holdings back the product. Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin has hit $1 billion in its first year and is regulated by NYDFS. The ETF rollout followed the SEC vs. Ripple court settlement and new listing rules. KuCoin exchange and other platforms are seeing increased XRP activity as ETFs and ETPs expand. KuCoin crypto exchange has also supported XRP listings ahead of growing institutional interest.
