The suspect is alleged to have placed the body in a large suitcase, removed it from the hotel, and transported it to his workplace—a technology company in Taichung. Prior to this, he had already purchased a chest freezer and installed it at the company. When coworkers asked why he brought a freezer to work, he reportedly claimed it was for storing ingredients to prepare BBQ for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
