Using both @injective and @solana , there was always one annoying part for me: moving $INJ between ecosystems. If I wanted to use $INJ on Solana, bridging was another step to think about, thinking about it alone made me tired. I had to move assets, wait, switch networks, deal with the extra friction, then finally get to what I actually wanted to do. Now $INJ is on Solana as an SPL token. No wrapped version. No bridged version. As a user that frequently interacts with both ecosystems, I can now get $INJ like any other Solana token and still access the Injective ecosystem. And it goes both ways for builders too. You can launch a meme on Solana and pair it with $INJ instead of only $SOL. Something that used to feel like moving between two separate ecosystems now feels much more connected. This changes the experience completely.
