Q: Can you tell us a bit about yourself, Kevin Yunai, your background, and how the idea for RWA Inc. came about

Kevin: I am Kevin Yunai, the founder and CEO of RWA Inc. My professional journey has been deeply rooted in the technology sector, where I have led and developed innovative solutions for more than 20 years. Notably, I founded MIRSK, a pioneering firm in AI software tailored for medical professionals, securing $20 million USD in sales through public tenders.  Additionally, I have authored works on Bitcoin’s inner workings, reflecting my longstanding interest in blockchain technology.

 

The concept for RWA Inc. emerged from recognizing the vast potential of blockchain to revolutionize traditional finance. Observing the significant value locked in illiquid assets such as real estate, private equity, and collectibles, I envisioned a platform that could democratize access to these assets through tokenization. This vision led to the establishment of RWA Inc., aiming to bridge the gap between conventional assets and the blockchain, thereby creating a more inclusive financial ecosystem.

 

Q: Could you explain what RWA Inc. is and what it aims to achieve? 

Kevin: RWA Inc. is a comprehensive ecosystem and platform offering dedicated to the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs). Our mission is to revolutionize investment access by enabling the seamless tokenization of assets, thereby empowering startups, enhancing liquidity, and fostering innovation in the asset tokenization space.

We offer end-to-end services, including tokenization as a service, a launchpad, a trading platform and in 2025 a marketplace, facilitating the transition of traditional assets into the digital realm.

Our focus ultimately encompasses a diverse range of asset classes, including utility tokens, startup equity, real estate, and collectibles. By leveraging blockchain technology, we aim to unlock liquidity, broaden market reach, and create new avenues for value creation, aligning with evolving market demands.

 

Q: Could you explain the utility and role of the $RWA token in your ecosystem?

Kevin: The $RWA token serves as the cornerstone of our ecosystem, facilitating various functions:

• Governance: Holders of $RWA tokens participate in key decision-making processes, influencing the platform’s direction through on-chain voting mechanisms.

• Staking: We offer diverse staking options, allowing users to earn rewards and gain tier status, which provides access to exclusive opportunities on the RWA Launchpad.

• Tier System: Staking $RWA tokens enables users to accumulate tier points, unlocking higher-tier statuses and associated benefits within our platform.

• Discounts: Payments made using $RWA tokens are eligible for discounts on our products and services, incentivizing their use within the ecosystem.Through these utilities, the $RWA token integrates seamlessly into our platform, enhancing user engagement and fostering a vibrant community.


Q: What does your product roadmap look like, and what exciting developments can we expect?

Kevin: Our product roadmap is structured to ensure strategic growth and innovation:

• Q3 2024: We focused on post launch activities, initiating the implementation of the RWA Exchange and complete CEX and DEX Roll out.

• Q4 2024: We are set to launch our first clients, with the RWA Launchpad and RWA Exchange going live. This phase includes announcing initial clients, planning the client TGEs, and implementing compliance data warehousing systems, AI agent implementation and much more.

• 2025: Our focus will be on securing equity token security licenses, launching an automated equity token marketplace, scaling our product, marketing, and sales teams, and initiating security licensing processes for U.S. regulatory markets. These developments aim to solidify our position as a leader in the RWA tokenization space, offering innovative solutions and expanding our market presence.

 

Q: Can you share more details about the RWA Inc. team and their expertise?

Kevin: Our team comprises seasoned professionals with diverse expertise:

• Mike Storm (COO & Partner): With a background in physics, mathematics, and economics, Mike has secured partnerships with major brands like TikTok, IKEA, and Google. He has raised $1.6 million USD for RWA Inc. and a total of $17 million USD across multiple projects.

• AJ Dinger (CFO): An experienced C-level executive with 19 years in growth startups, venture investment, Fortune 500 companies, and capital markets/investment banking, AJ brings a wealth of expertise in finance, business development, and strategic planning.

• Philip Michaelsen (CTO): Philip brings extensive experience from roles in machine learning and software development, notably at WARD 24/7, NNIT, and Neurons. His expertise is key to driving RWA Inc. forward as a leading real-world asset platform.

Kevin: In the coming years, we aim to:

• Expand Our Asset Portfolio: Continuously seek new and innovative assets to tokenize, providing our investors with a wider range of options to diversify their portfolios and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

• Develop more innovative products and build the largest Web2 ecosystem to have a complete web2 & web3 infrastructure.

• Onboard institutional investors and a significant  share of the +16 trillion USD RWA tokenization market.

Kevin: We are deployed on BASE and operate as a MULTICHAIN platform through LayerZero.

Kevin: The long-term sustainability of $RWA is rooted in our plan to onboard thousands of clients in the coming years. Additionally, we burn half of our profits, driving significant value appreciation and creating token scarcity.

Kevin: We have been audited by Hacken and Certik, and you can find the audit reports on their websites as well as on ours.
