The Application Submission Phase for the Acquirement Plan for AUSD Holders on KuCoin Platform Has Been Completed
Dear KuCoin Users,
The application submission phase for the Acquirement Plan for AUSD holders on KuCoin platform has been completed. KuCoin will work on acquiring AUSD from the users who have applied.
Note:
1. ONLY AUSD Holders who complete and submit the acquirement application as required are eligible to participate in the Acquirement Plan.
2. Holders who didn’t complete and submit the acquirement application form within the acquirement application submission period will be deemed to have WAIVED the AUSD in their KuCoin accounts and will NOT be entitled to claim such AUSD and/or any other rights in relation to such AUSD from KuCoin, as well as any and all rights to any lawsuit, arbitration or other proceeding to bring against KuCoin in any jurisdictions.
3. KuCoin will verify the amount of users' AUSD assets on the basis of the snapshot at 10:00:00 on June 24, 2024 (UTC).
4. KuCoin reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity.
