How Prediction Market Orders Are Executed

Predictions currently supports market orders only. KuCoin provides the in-app interface, technical integration, and related account functions. Orders execute against available prices and liquidity in the corresponding Polymarket market; KuCoin does not independently determine market prices, liquidity, or execution. The price and share estimate shown before submission may differ from the final result.
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. Review all details carefully before confirming, and do not submit the same order again while the first order is still being processed.
Price protection and partial fills
Price protection applies to market orders. An instruction can execute only against liquidity available in the corresponding Polymarket market within the applicable price-protection limits.
If sufficient liquidity is available in the corresponding Polymarket market, the entire order may be filled. Otherwise, the order may be partially filled or unfilled within the applicable price-protection limits. The completed order record shows the filled amount and shares received.
Any unfilled USDT will be released back to your Funding Account after processing is completed.
Selling a position is not canceling an order
A submitted order cannot be canceled. If it creates a position, you may be able to submit a new sell instruction before trading closes, subject to the corresponding Polymarket market's status, available liquidity, and applicable price-protection limits.
Selling is a new market order and does not reverse or cancel the original order. A sell order may be fully filled, partially filled, or unfilled if sufficient liquidity is unavailable in the corresponding Polymarket market within the applicable price-protection limits. Any unsold shares remain in your position.
If an order remains pending or the displayed result appears incorrect, refresh the page and review Predictions > Assets. If the issue continues, contact KuCoin Support with your UID, market name, order ID, approximate time of submission, App version, error message, and a screenshot with sensitive information removed. Never share passwords or verification codes.
