Who Can Use Predictions?

Predictions is available only to eligible KuCoin accounts in supported countries and regions. Access may depend on your location, Identity Verification status, account status, App version, and other applicable compliance requirements.
  

Eligibility Requirements

You may use Predictions only if all of the following apply:
  • You meet all applicable geographic eligibility requirements, including those relating to your location and ordinary residence.
  • You have completed Identity Verification (KYC).
  • Your KuCoin account meets the applicable account-status requirements.
  • You are using KuCoin App version 5.0.0 or later.
  • You accept the applicable product terms, risk disclosures, and market rules.
Additional requirements may apply to a particular market. Always review the product page and the rules shown on the individual market page before participating.
Predictions is unavailable in certain countries and regions. Access is subject to applicable geographic restrictions and account eligibility requirements. For details, please refer to the Polymarket Integration User Agreement and Risk Disclosure. Completing KYC does not guarantee access.

Even if Predictions is available to your account:
  • Not every market may be available in every region.
  • Each corresponding market has its own rules and availability period.
Refer to the live product and market pages for the markets, fees, and rules applicable at the time of use.
If you cannot find or access Predictions, confirm that you are signed in to the correct KYC-verified account, update the KuCoin App to a supported version, and check the applicable regional requirements.
