  • A KuMining Electricity Deduction Coupon is a promotional voucher that can be used to offset mining electricity fees.
  • When the electricity fee meets the required threshold, the system will automatically apply the coupon during daily fee deduction, reducing the mining cost based on a fixed amount or a percentage.

  1. How do I use a KuMining Electricity Deduction Coupon?

  • Please claim and activate the coupon within its validity period.
  • Once activated, the coupon status will change to “In Use”.
  • When the electricity fee meets the required threshold, the coupon will be automatically applied during daily fee deduction based on its configured amount or rate.

  1. Why can’t I use my KuMining Electricity Deduction Coupon?

This may be due to one of the following reasons:
  • The coupon has not been activated
  • Another coupon is currently in use
  • The coupon has expired
  • The coupon’s total deduction limit has been used up
  • The deduction threshold has not been met

  1. Can I use multiple KuMining Electricity Deduction Coupons at the same time?

  • No. Each account can only activate and use one coupon at a time.
  • If a new coupon is activated, the currently active coupon will become invalid.

  1. Why can’t my coupon be used for certain orders?

The use of coupons must meet the order requirements:
  • Each order can only use one coupon once
  • The order amount must meet the coupon’s threshold
  • If the order does not meet the requirement, the coupon cannot be applied
In addition, each coupon has a total deduction limit, which can be used across multiple orders until the limit is reached or the coupon expires.

  1. How is the deduction amount calculated?

  • The system calculates the deduction based on the coupon’s predefined deduction amount or deduction rate.
  • After each successful deduction, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the coupon’s total deduction limit.

  1. Do KuMining Electricity Deduction Coupons expire?

  • Yes. Please claim and activate the coupon within its validity period.
  • Any unused deduction amount will expire automatically after the coupon reaches its expiration date.

  1. Can I transfer, sell, or withdraw my coupon?

  • No. Coupons are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn.
  • If any abnormal activity is detected, KuMining reserves the right to revoke the coupon and related benefits.

  1. How can I check my coupons?

  • Log in to your account and go to the Voucher Center to view your coupons, including their status, remaining deduction limit, and validity period. You can also click on a coupon to view more details.

  1. Will I receive expiration reminders?

  • Yes. The system will send reminders via push notifications, in-app messages, and email before the coupon expires, so you can activate and use it in time.

  1. Who has the final right of interpretation?

  • KuMining reserves the final right of interpretation for these coupons, including usage rules, deduction logic, and handling of exceptional cases.
