Morocco will host the third Morocco International Mining Congress (#IMCMorocco) in Rabat from October 6 to 8, bringing together industry stakeholders to discuss the development of Africa’s mineral processing capacity and the future of critical and strategic minerals. The three-day event will focus on how African countries can move beyond exporting raw #minerals by developing greater local processing and value-added industrial capacity. The congress is being organized by the Federation of Mineral Industries (#FDIM) and #AME Trade, with the support of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and the Moroccan Agency for the Development of Investments and Exports @amdie_agency . The General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises @CGEM_MA is also a partner. The 2026 edition will take place for the first time in Rabat, at the Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses.
