LIQUID HACKER AND BLOCKSTREAM CONTINUE ENCRYPTED ONCHAIN TALKS AFTER 3,400 BTC RETURN The “white-hat” hacker returned 3,400 BTC to the Liquid Federation at 9:09 AM PDT, but the conversation did not end there. At 9:51 AM, the hacker broadcast a new PGP-encrypted message to Blockstream. Blockstream responded at 10:40 AM with an encrypted, PGP-signed message from a new address. At 11:07 AM, the hacker replied by spending the 1,000 sats attached to Blockstream’s message, confirming the latest exchange is part of the same conversation. The contents remain unknown. Approximately 598.5 BTC is still with the hacker.
