600 Bitcoin Just Woke Up After 16 Years?? Bitcoin from 2010 is suddenly moving again. A total of 600 BTC, worth around $48 million, was transferred from 12 wallets that had been inactive for more than 16 years. These Bitcoin were earned as mining rewards back in March 2010, when miners received 50 BTC for each block they successfully mined. The movement quickly caught attention because the coins date back to the early days of Bitcoin, when Satoshi Nakamoto was still actively involved in the project.
