🇵🇱 New development in the Zondacrypto case. ➡️ Three individuals, including investor Rafał Zaorski, were arrested on Wednesday in Poland as part of the investigation into the exchange (formerly BitBay). The platform, once one of the largest in Eastern Europe, saw nearly all customer funds disappear: visible BTC reserves dropped by 99.7%. Its founder, Sylwester Suszek, has been missing since 2022. The investigation focuses on allegations of fraud and money laundering. Searches were also conducted at the Polish Olympic Committee and the competition authority. #crypto #Zondacrypto
