The number of exporting companies has increased, and foreign sales capacity has grown, according to the BCR. The Central Reserve Bank (BCR) reported a total of 1,784 exporting companies, representing 31 more firms compared to the same period last year, reflecting positive momentum in foreign trade activity. The sector’s performance also shows greater diversification in export volumes, particularly among companies with sales between $100,000 and $200,000. According to the Central Reserve Bank report, this group grew by 23%, increasing from 134 to 165 companies over the year, indicating that more firms have expanded their export capacity. Additionally, 38 more businesses joined the export range of $30,000 to $100,000, raising the total to 296 companies in this segment, confirming a gradual expansion of the country’s export base.
