zcash:native has one of the clearest use cases in crypto. Privacy matters, and as quantum computing advances, the cryptography protecting every network will need to evolve. But I keep coming back to one question: who is the marginal buyer now that Zcash has an ETF? (https://t.co/8bpPweEK57) If funds holding tens of thousands of ZEC start selling above $2,000, who absorbs that supply? I don’t know that they will. I want to know whether the demand is there if they do. That’s why the sudden KOL chorus bothers me. I work in private markets, and I know what distribution looks like. When promoters have financial ties to the people holding the asset, those incentives should be disclosed. Calling it organic conviction doesn’t make it so. I can believe in $ZEC’s use case and still ask who benefits from the campaign around it.
