I didn't say XRP is a Vault, i said it's collateral, That's why The CEO of Ripple Prime and Monica Long are already telling you that XRP is being used as collateral.... and when XRP is used as the underlying collateral asset, it gets taken out of circulation.. why because it's backing the loan. or the Lending process... It will not be available on the retail market exactly for that reason it will be to volatile. You will not be able to buy or sell XRP on exchanges, once the clarity act gets passed. Watch this space.
