Two possible scenarios. 1. Ripple is using retail to fund their company through the sell of ripple:native and has no plans to use ripple:native for anything but paying gas fees as they pivot towards $RLUSD. 2. Ripple is building the Internet of Value and ripple:native will be the bridge asset used to move value through the new financial rails with $RLUSD playing a pivotal role in dollar denominated payment flows.
