Rippling can silently route payments through your account without you initiating anything. If you hold a trustline to both Alice and Bob, and they have no direct trust between them, XRPL might use your balance as a bridge. Your holdings shift. You didn't sign a thing. You can disable this per trustline with the No Ripple flag. Most wallets don't explain that option. Worth knowing before you wonder why your balance moved.
