The 🐻 already told us what was coming for SWIFT. Now look at today’s news. SWIFT just delayed its ISO 20022 structured-address cutoff. Banks asked for more time. Large parts of the industry still aren’t ready. Payments changes got pushed. That’s not strength. That’s a system still wrestling with the standard it spent years claiming it owned. Remember the old clue: “Exactly one month after Brad ‘throws it down,’ SWIFT CEO Gottfried Leibbrandt announced he is stepping down.” Brad didn’t blink. He said the quiet part out loud years ago: messaging is not settlement. SWIFT can pass the note. $XRP can move the value. ISO 20022 was supposed to be their upgrade path. Instead we’re watching delays, extensions, and last-mile friction they still can’t kill. Meanwhile Ripple has been ISO-aligned, building rails, custody, liquidity, and settlement while the old network keeps asking for more time. Does that mean Brad is “one of the bears”? Maybe. Maybe the 🐻 just saw the same chessboard early. Either way the picture is the same: The incumbent is stalling. The standard is here. The settlement layer still has to work. XRP Army already knew which side of that trade to be on. #Bearableguy123 $XRP 🚀
