A SPAC sponsor injecting working capital this late usually means one of two things either they're confident enough in closing to keep the lights on themselves, or the trust account math is getting tight and this is a stopgap. Given Arrington XRP Capital's conviction in this space, I'd lean toward the former. $135K is nothing for a deal of this size this is "keep the lawyers paid till closing" money, not distress signaling. Worth watching whether more draws come before the Business Combination Agreement actually closes.
