🚨Chicken or Egg?!…Clarity or RCT?!🚨 I think Clarity will come first 💯 The RCT should’ve happened already. They are delaying it on purpose. Japan is waiting for Trump to green light it. Trump won’t green light it until he has the clarity act. Japans interest rates and selling of treasuries will decimate trumps economy. No bueno before the midterms. To combat that, Trump needs the Clarity Act. It will allow all the banks and institutions to use XRP without any legal threats in the future by an anti-crypto administration. He also needs the Fed to decrease rates to balance japans increased rates. FYI: RLUSD will absorb the treasury bond sales by Japan. Long story short, Trump and The USA Needs the Clarity Act yesterday!
