When Basel recognizes XRP with a low weighting, the effect won’t be a spike and a crash. It will be permanent demand: regulatory capital that comes in to stay, collateral that’s locked up for decades, and a float that shrinks and never returns. A regime change, not a rally. You have no idea how high the price will go. I don’t care what you currently think about the price.
