🔔 Ripple, JPMorgan, and Others Use XRP Ledger to Enable International Settlement of Tokenized U.S. Treasury Funds HuoXing Finance reports, according to The Block, JPMorgan, Ripple, Mastercard, and Ondo Finance have completed a pilot transaction for cross-border transfer of tokenized U.S. Treasury securities. The pilot leverages the XRP Ledger and an interbank payment network to enable institutions to execute cross-border transactions within a single integrated process. Ripple stated that this represents a successful demonstration of integrating the XRP Ledger with global banking infrastructure. The transaction flow is as follows: Ondo first redeems its OUSG on-chain fund— a tokenized U.S. Treasury product—on the XRP Ledger to Ripple. Subsequently, Mastercard’s multi-asset network transmits instructions through JPMorgan’s blockchain payment platform, Kinexys, culminating in JPMorgan delivering U.S. dollars to Ripple’s bank account in Singapore. https://t.co/MrHsDk0c2A
