The nice thing with cross-currency transactions at scale, for the users, is that you aren’t forced into sending or accepting a currency you don’t want to use, and the settlement asset is neutral. That’s really crypto’s killer app. XRP does this the best because of its native trifecta - asset, issuance, exchange - and its consensus allows for incredible efficiency as well.
