Has anyone noticed why Ripple was not mentioned before XRP, but instead written as: XRP (XRP)? (This is the only case among all assets)??? To me, this is not a random detail—it carries very deep significance; it reflects an extremely high degree of independence of $XRP compared to other digital assets, confirming that it is not a product of Ripple, but a standalone asset. It also serves as a rebuttal to claims that Ripple controls XRP, and more importantly, this specific phrasing within the regulatory text itself constitutes a practical refutation of the notion of direct control by Ripple over XRP—perhaps intentionally included as part of a regulatory preparation for a larger upcoming phase that redefines XRP’s legal status within the financial system or builds a future financial infrastructure that relies on it more broadly 👀 This isn’t normal, guys.
