One believes $XRP’s price must rise before the Clarity Act passes, arguing that a higher price is necessary for the asset to function as a global liquidity bridge. The other believes regulatory clarity will come first, and that institutional adoption after the Clarity Act will drive the price higher. But what they agree on is far more important than what they disagree on. Both believe that $XRP will ultimately be used at scale for global value settlement, and that for this to happen efficiently, the asset will likely need to trade at a much higher price than it does today. In the end, their disagreement may simply be about timing — whether the re-pricing happens before regulation or after it.
