Allow me to introduce you: ARMA, meet X. x, meet ARMA - who formally prefers to go by the American Reserve Modernization Act. That’s real. — H.R. 8957 — introduced May 21st, 2026 Zippy. Then they slide it under treasury. Asset reprices → sovereign accumulates/centralizes → asset becomes unavailable for 20 years. That’s supply sequestration. The bill is not law yet, but that mechanism is literally in proposed legislation…waiting, in the wing.
